Beginning the Journey

14 February

Ash Wednesday - ‘turn away from sin and be faithful to Christ’

The holy season of Lent leads us towards the cross. As the season begins, we are marked again by the cross with which we were signed at our baptism, a reminder of the death and resurrection of Christ. The ash is made by burning the palm crosses which were blessed on Palm Sunday last year.

7.45pm

Holy Communion– with Imposition of Ashes

Lent study course

Live Lent: Let Your Life Shine is our Lent study this year

If you would like to join a group, please sign up on the lists at the back of church or speak to Karen in the Church Office.
